Google for 3770K vs 3570K then i'm pretty sure that you will get some lights.

Nowadays, ASRock is one of the most popular mobo manufacturers, on par with Asus, Gigabyte, MSI etc. They even hire the world's well-known overclocking Master, Nick Shih as Product Manager which shows their support towards overclocking products.

MSI boards are good, but lately their mobo becomes less popular than other competitors and it is placed behind ASRock in the market. But recently MSI announced that they will release the flagship Dragon series mobo lineup to fight against Asus' ROG series etc. looks promising but i hope they are serious on this challenge.

BIOS is the driver for overclocking. I'd say Asus and ASRock have their winning points on this. Their BIOS supports are awesome.

They will display it during CEBIT 2013 on March 5-9, 2013. Not sure about availability though

Yeah the maximum clock achieved by 3770k is somehow higher than 3570k, I also found that Vcore needed is lower in 3770k for a same speed achieved with 3570k. But 3770k is faster than 3570k by default. Are u gaming or need a lot of rendering power?

It's a decent solid board, but it doesn't have offset mode if that's your concern.
