if not mistaken 3570k to 4.0ghz can reach easily without changing the Vcore. just need to change the multiplier to 40. correct me if im wrong.learning too. then try to prime for 24hrs/12hrs.if no bsod,or system crash,means stable.

that template is with power saving options @ 4.5Ghz. but if OC, i prefer to disable all the power saving options and prime my OC. if it is stable then i only enable back. you can refer to that page for some guidelines.

For IB, it is much easier to OC compare to C2D. U just need to adjust multiplier and Vcore. others voltage can set to default. U can lower Vpll to 1.6-1.7 for lower temperature as the default Vpll by MSI is 1.8v
