As what i know if u apply for streamyx, the step will be..
1) Jumpering
2) Install Port
3) Account activation

What is jumpering?? Someone told me to call 100 to check for jumpering status and get the jumper number. If confirm jumpering already done but still dont have ADSL signal then call 1300-88-9515 and ask them to check the port status, if they haven't install then rush by telling them ur jumper number....then if all done just call 1300 again to activate ur account.....Is this the correct step to get ur streamyx?

Jumpering - Call 100
Port - Call 1300-88-5915
Account activation - Call 1300-88-5915

But who in charge of jumpering, port and activation? Went to TM point they point the finger to TMnet, call 1300-88-9515 they say TM is the 1 who responsible...."Tai Ji" here and there....

I think it should be

1) Install Port (call 100 to confirm availability)
2) Jumpering (Tmnet/Tmpoint collaboration ?? not too sure)
3) Account Activation (Tmnet)

Its normal , TM can only check if the area has ports or not (both TM and TMNet can check this for you , TM could tell you the distance from the exchange to your house and they could tell you if you're copper lines/area is having any problems with streamyx. If they say its okay , then you could apply for streamyx. If they say no port/ports are full , etc . That means you have to wait . Seriously , I dont know how long , it could be months or even years. Jumpering is done by TmNet/TM Collaboration , but mostly done by TMNet folks , but I have seen Telekom people too. It depends on the case (If the port is having problems , etc , then Telekom Staff folks will check it out , other then that TMNet folks will do it). Account activation is done by TMNet .

First if TMnet/TM determine there is high demand for Streamyx in your area, they will install ports on their own accord. It's up to them.

Sometimes your area might already have streamyx service but all the available ports already used. In that case you have to wait for them to install new ports. So you can only wait and pray. In such case you have to keep checking with their 100 number or Tmnet to see if got new ports open and available or not (they will ask for the phone number that you will be using for Streamyx).

Once there are ports available you can register for streamyx and they will proceed with the jumpering. If you can get a DSL stable signal after that is done, you can proceed with account activation.

Call 100 to check , if they say there is a free port and you could get streamyx. Go ahead and apply for streamyx. Once your application is being processed , then you could call TmNet for activation (they will do the jumpering"). Thats all

No not like that.

It only means there are free ports available for connection in your service area. They install ports by batches. If you apply early you get the ports early . If you are slow, it will be allocated to someone else. Once they are fully allocated to those who book (by application) you have to wait for the next batch.

They ask for your phone number just to determine which area you are in. Doesn't mean your phone is already connected.

It's just like booking airplane ticket. If there are free seats you better book fast. If sold out you have to wait for next flight. Only thing in Streamyx case 'next flight' could means months and months of waiting.

Yes, you have already been assigned a port. If you only applied today, give them a day or two and then you can start testing whether your modem can get a stable DSL signal. If no signal at all, or blinking signal, call them up to chase them to jumper the line properly.

If signal is stable (DSL signal mind you) you can ask them to activate your account. Once activated you can start surfing and downloading.
