I am using a 22'' WS LCD monitor,, when I try to set the resolution to native setting(1680X1050), the screen become very small.how to make it stretch it to widescreen?

I have problem download from avsim.com, look like FTP dont like me sad.gif , is there other side can direct download those nice airplane skin without paying.
