actually i am curious... most ppl here say it fail becoz of cosmetic reasons or car safety?
if safety, we can always refer to the side impact test results... unless we can get an objective opinion from an experienced car engineer... if cosmetic, well... tutup mata lar.. 65k... u expect nice nice welding meh |

Can happen if the company that supply them the ED coat did not do their homework properly. no use blaming Toyota. I have seen a local assembled BMW rusting completely from a failed ED coat. |

weld is good, it's tact weld, but the only fail side is finishing .. supposely make it more nice by grinding..
