Some casings are just too bulky, IMO.

Ringke is the slimmest case, and its the only case I can tolerate. But still I prefer using the phone naked

I am not sure... you're the only one here with this problem.
It might be your BT Handsfree is not compatible with G.Nexus.
I can be wrong, but, do you try other BT Handsfree(brands, models)?

Tried 2 BT, 1 with A2DP, 1 without. A member from G+ also agreed that it's not working.

Yours is working? Which BT brand/model?

My current GNEX casing. Fits well with good cutting, most importantly does not add bulk to the phone
