btw, the white color is diff version or juz diff in color?..like nexus s, the white is diff version, called i9020A, update always slower compared to i9020t

SO only got 3 models,

One Korean Model (dunno?)
One Japanese Model (Grey only)
Others all International Model (have white and grey)

Excluding Sprint and Verizon (they don't have white)

SO all white nexus is GT-I9250~

and then flash yakju from Google Website~

No more headache scenario like Nexus S

Apex Launcher is enough for you, the paid one only add some features which make it like iDevice xD

Like example instead of 1200MHz,

Since you only SMS, Whatsapp, Browsing and light calling. You don't need 1200MHz so you underclock like 800MHz to do that job

i tried the color calibration for lean kernel...
however the final part of setting the gamma...
i got this message sys/devices/platform/omapdss/manager0/gamma is not found ... any idea?
