I woud like to consult you all on something which i have no experience on. I finshed paying for my first car a year ago. The bank has issued me a release letter and also the registration card. Now if i were to trade in my old car for a new k5, do i need to first inform jpj that i have finished paying for my first car?  and can i just allow the SA to settle everything for me?

If it's the Sonata HS vs the Optima, I'd pick the Optima for sure. But more importantly, have you test driven both cars? You seem to emphasize more on the after sales rather than the sales aspect.

The Optima a whole lot more features compared to the Sonata but since you're family man, I'd like to highlight just a few key features that makes sense to those of us who ferry our loved ones:

1) 6 airbags vs 2 airbags in the Sonata
2) HID which makes it easier to spot objects on the road compared to Sonata's halogen
3) Power seats with memories which makes it so much easier to switch cars with your partner if body size is different

I have driven the Sonata for a short while and test drove the K5 even shorter but from what I can observe, the K5 rewards the driver better in terms of lesser noise intrusion, better cornering and better sound system compared to the Sonata.

I believed that there is no big difference in term of maintenance for Sonata and K5 as they are from the same parent company. I service my car in Serdang despite working in Klang. I dont like using Petronas Oil. Haha.

I'm still waiting for mine, placed an order for the white from beginning of March till now still no car

I have totally forget the sound.. Just switch on the music with Infiniti sound system, enjoy the ride, until my 10K km only service all the issue..

mine all done in 2 hours including some wait time and test after complete. but it all depends on the queue that day. make an appointment first.

Wow, are u sure voltage stabilizer can improve all of these, and for only 150... I say worth it man

Manual recommend that should never fill more than 70L, there must be a reason. Anyway made an appointment this Saturday to fix the "nyek nyek" sound, finally got time

well, same way how you replace the ori kia emblem..just took u 2 mins and you lost RM50 each. I think the 3M tape is not as strong the ori one.
