but all can be monthly installment together with casing
if u confirm buy, yet u can open and check and if defective u can change new set

if i get the ipad from non-authorised sellers in msia, how could i claim the warranty if anyhing goes wrong with it (like light bleed). will they (senheng or xxx) keep on letting me exchange for none problem ipad?

Hi guys, after reading all comments here, I would like to ask

1)so far until now Sen Heng still force customer to accept pwp or only encourage ?

2)Does anyone know whether Counrt they accept treatpoint to deduction or not?

3)actually SenQ and Sen Heng are the same reseller? As I have saw two different name but look like the same in term of environment, member card and etc.

Actually I planning to get an ipad 2 soon, but after reading all of yr comments, end up with every reseller may have their good and bad behavior and attitude. And also, if there can accept treatpoint, it will be good for me then. Thanks !

Just to share with all of you, if you were to buy Iphone/Ipad from Senheng or SenQ, getting PWP screen protector RM99 or Casing with SP bla bla RM2xx-4xx is NOT a MUST.
