since u dont know much about car..i doubt u can feel the different if they really change the item. if u never change the absorber..after 3-4 years it's possible to change it new. brake pad also possible. rotor disc can skim if uneven. actually i dont mind to pay RM 2000 to service the car if the price is reasonable.
