What all guys think about this You One @ USJ in term of pricing??

I heard that BRT had started operating & also coming up Premier
Developer (Sime Darby) going launch T.O.D (Transit Oriented Development) at USJ 7 which is nearby Da'Men & You One

So Daniel Foo, do you have any unit of this project, You One @ Usj???

The definition of T.O.D as

"TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT is the exciting fast growing trend in creating vibrant, livable communities. Also known as TOD, it is the creation of compact, walkable communities centered around high quality train systems."[I][COLOR=green]

In fact, Sime Darby is going to demolish that own industry lots then redevelop it as mix development. What I heard since last year, tentatively going to start soft launch by 2nd half 2015 but any delay or postpone launch, we not sure

So far I know the tentatively selling price starting from RM 800 psf but not confirm yet

Soon USJ Subang Jaya shall be new city of living

For those purchased earlier no furnishings provided but entitled handsome rebates, after rebate the selling price below RM 400k & also entitled DIBS as well

Just pay extra RM 75 per month of maintenance fee on the "Super Big" balcony

I just checked back the sale info that this You One @ USJ is applied under Green Building Index (GBI) of Silver Certificate approval

So the subsales value shall be better in term of extra value-added benefit on the property

Yup... part of the benefit point

I still can recalled since year 2010 that time, some of the developer also running this GBI on their projects but the pricing shall be factor in a bit of premium because of GBI
