If 650 so for RM 30k overall then acceptable, just cautiously choose kitchen cabinet set, grill, simple set of master bedroom, 1 air-conditioned, 1 water heater, lighting & 2 fan plus minor minor TV set with sofa & small dining table.
I think I will take time survey the shops should be more saving |
