Just fixing full set kitchen cabinets, grill, electrical appliances, master bedroom set, all in at least cheap cheap also need RM 30k~40k

I wud reckon owner need to allocate at least RM50k for 'so-so' standard

normally needed to set aside around 60k if want better one, 80k above

My unit just 650 sq ft only wworrrr. ..

Need so much cost for renovation, feel like not worthy

U can consider ard RM20k for 650sf

then u can lower a bit for budget.. 30k maybe

If 650 so for RM 30k overall then acceptable, just cautiously choose kitchen cabinet set, grill, simple set of master bedroom, 1 air-conditioned, 1 water heater, lighting & 2 fan plus minor minor TV set with sofa & small dining table.

I think I will take time survey the shops should be more saving

Wauuuuu.....we need to pay a lot of miscellaneous fees to developer before we can get our keys
