Looking to buy a small notebook or maybe netbook for office and statistics on the go (portable). also play mkv/video files and facebook games (requiring flash)

Preferred Brand : any
2. Budget : best bang for buck at rm1300 and below
3. Usage : ms office (words, excel, ppt etc), statistics, fb flash games (smooth play), hdmi/mkv/video files
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : <14
5. cpu: preferably AMD due to its GPU/APU but if got i3 SB.. that will be better
will be going to KLCC for pc fair this weekend. any recommendation?

tq

note: at home already got i5 SB laptop with GT540M... therefore need a portable one but not too slow...

between Atom D2700 and AMD E-450.. which one is better in term of ms office work, statistic and fb games and mkv movie files? seems that D2700 ranked 350 compared to E450 at 361 at notebookcheck.net.

Bought myself at last at KLCC PC Fair.
After looking at Lonovo E125 (hate it so much due to the nipple mouse), MSI U180 (freeDOS), Toshiba Netbook with Harman/Kardon and Hp dm1, i decided to buy the HP dm1 (E450/2GB) which has 500gb hdd including win7hb 64bit at rm1190 (price by HP next door was is rm1399) plus free laptop bag, plus rm30 Jusco voucher, plus RM10 Starbuck card and a trip to Beijing (hehe). Planning to see/feel Asus 1215B but got no stock and spec only has Win7Starter and bigger screen. Nevertheless still happy with my purchase. If kong in 7 days, got 1-to-1 exchange. So far so good. Now can start to do my loads of paperworks. Tq to TJ

Anyway, grats on your purchase yo!

initially it suppose to be rm10 jusco voucher and rm10 starbuck plus the one free gift (bag/usb/mouse/useless things) and vacation voucher... actually when i arrived, i was late by 2 persosn as they offer rm100 rebate for first 10 customer today... but i did ask for more discount and they agreed for the rm100 plus rebate then manage to kawtim another customer to buy same netbook and both of us bought dm1... lastly got all the goodies (rm30 jusco voucher, rm10 starbuck, vacation voucher, laptop backpack).. maybe because it is the last day. even Dell and MSI is cutting their laptop price up to rm300 and even some models up to rm500 off! actually first time go to klcc pc fair.. maybe my luck
