It depends on you, if you are looking for something smaller and lighter, then the Lenovo would be the better pick. Otherwise, the Asus would be better, especially in terms of gaming performance

Gaming performance isn't affected much by a quad-core processor.. the graphic card is more important.
Photoshop relies more on RAM and CPU power, so it all depends on your magnitude of Photoshop. If all you're doing is simple Photoshop tasks, then there's no real need for an i7
