1st time buying supplement,
from what i read, is drink mass gainer during workout day
and drink whey on non workout day

TL;DR -  Myprotein claims 80% protein in Impact Whey. They measured 75% which is acceptable. Amino acid test showed all amino acids are present in the right ratio, no signs of spiking. So all good.
In the end, only the Bulgarians' testing doubted Myprotein. ON is still consistent among all the said tests.

UN i already tested vanila creme n strawberry. boleh la if running low budget to get 10kg. or else 5kg, better take other brand... d mixability is questionable. n depends on luck.

Whey is real food also lah. I like isolates but it's a bit too expensive. Beef protein is a bit expensive also. I really don't mind eating more meat but the calories will surely be much much higher than whey if you factor in the oil, spice, and the fat on the meat. Very lean chicken breast baked with no spices or oil taste like cardboard man, I ain't doing that.

i meant combat powder and arnold series are from the same company. didn't see properly earlier... 

as for BSN, it's a solid company. I don't take ON whey for a long long time. Good profile but too bland...

To be honest any pure whey protein is bland. I've never had UN Prostar before so I can't judge.

Protein blend (with other protein source than whey) is always better than pure whey.
