Hi,
currently i am taking amino energy for pre and whey for post. the amino energy i taking is not strong enough to kick start my workout and i considering grenade have good caffeine and fat burn and another amino acid post workout or i also considering creatine for pre workout so i little dilemma what to get here. creatine or grenade better?
oh ya is it protein after meal is better?
