What I hear and know a little more about Tambun is : They buy up quite a big land near the second bridge , and might be good for the long term shareholders . Kinda Opportunity benefits outweigh the opportunity costs to me. Prop stocks have to constantly look for for good lands ( could be bad due to Directors personal interests involved ), that could cause a major cash out flow . These days if " big ones do not go out , no bigger ones ( cashflows ) come in." Like the case of TM. Big Capex involved, but good for the future. Investing is about the future too. Just my view. Just like dialog aka diedog, huge capex but PE is higher than sector average. |
