http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/business-ne...-in-penang.html i think this is a good move in complementing their proposed township and attracting more young families and foreign buyers (expatriate).. and there are chances that the time of completion in 2014 may coincide with the completion of the 2nd bridge which will add more value to their properties in terms of breakeven, i am not sure if they could get back their investment of 35M in 20 years from the rental.. but i believe they could easily cover the original investment from the appreciation of their properties please correct me if i am wrong but i think i have a growing liking to this counter by seeing them working on what they have talked This post has been edited by jy1905: Apr 22 2012, 03:11 PM |
