why still so many don't know how the OR works!!
Those who have the OR and want to subsribe for RI - Hold OR then subsribe Those who have the OR and do not want to subscribe for RI - sell OR Those who don't have OR and want to subsribe for RI - Buy OR and hold then subscribe Those who don't have and no intention of subscribing RI -just ignore Those who have OR and want to subscribe more of the RI can either 1)buy the OR to subsribe more 2)apply for excess application which comes together with the normal RI application forms and purchase seperate bank draft for excess (but you will not always get this excess although you apply.
