On AY dive, yes if there is a clean and solid contact on the player referee will give penalty,
but from both angle of the replay,the contact was to Minimal if not none,

if that's the case, its a dive.
most referees would usually point to AY to stand up and move on with the game, otherwise a booking
i couldn't understand those that said "It is a penalty and there are no 2 way about it"
i'm not sure if some of them MU fan's are even reading their own words,
