“Koscielny is of course suspended for two games and Gervinho is ruled out with an ankle problem. Squillaci and Park come in. The squad is quite easy to pick because all the players available are in."

Even if subs is needed. Most probably chamakh will be in rather than park. Sigh.

The Captain's View
We're entering the final stages of the league campaign and every single fixture will be a challenge for us. I remember when I first arrived at the Club and, without being disrespectful, there were some games when I was thinking less about whether we would win or not, and more about who would score for us and how many we would get! There were some games like that in my first couple of years, but those days are 100 per-cent finished because the so-called smaller teams have improved so much. Look at the league table, there are battles all the way down. When you see a team like Liverpool in eighth it's quite unbelievable, because they have an unbelievable set of players, a great manager, great stadium and great fans - so credit to the other teams around them. We saw this when we played at QPR for example, proof that every game will require maximum focus and effort. In truth, our 3-0 win over Aston Villa was a relatively trouble-free game for us, but it was probably only our third really comfy game of the season after the win at Wigan and the 7-1 win over Blackburn. The game against Man City was a real test of our character and desire and one which I think we passed with flying colours - we deserved to take all three points and can count ourselves unlucky not to have been ahead in the game before Mikel's fantastic late strike. As for myself, it's been a few games since I've been on the scoresheet but I've always said that I don't have to be scoring goals to be pleased with my form. Of course it's always nice if you can score too, but for me football is not about just scoring goals. I want to play well and help the team, and I'm just as happy with that little pass to Theo before the goal against QPR for example. I want to be decisive and helpful to the team, whether that's making a pass or scoring a goal. The support at Emirates this season has been tremendous, culminating in the fantastic atmosphere against Manchester City and it provides a massive boost to the players - keep it up! |

QUOTE(telefunken @ Apr 11 2012, 08:07 AM) lol, i see what you did there. how nice if arsenal can play crappy boring football with mediocre players and yet can still win the league with the help of FA. Some retards will come here to remind us of traitor-grandmother-story in order to beg ppl to support. |

QUOTE(denon91 @ Apr 11 2012, 02:29 AM) Arsenal have it as well, but its much more shorter, plus combined with the match's highlights. Shorter yet packed with everything that happens on the matchday. Just like the one where we thumped down Sp*rs. |

Thomas Eisfeld was MOTM in last night's Reserve's clash against Newcastle. He even scored the only goal. Hope he'll be the real deal in the near future!

QUOTE(Quick` @ Apr 10 2012, 06:39 PM) Why did Yossi get booed?QUOTE(sickx @ Apr 11 2012, 12:55 AM) yes. that's why it is a mockery. they are mocking the rules that they themselves have set. they made the rule: officials saw an incident; no retrospective action will be made. but if the referee saw it, why he didn't do anything? not worth a foul? for god sake, that's as clear as day, studs up challenge. Song got punished previously. Balotelli didn't. Such is the FA. English FA, UEFA, FIFA... all useless. |

Walcott rejected Chelsea back then at 16y.o and choose Arsenal. Plus it looks like he is still trust AW's plans with his development. Don't see the new contract talk will fail.
