Cimb preferred Rm more pro active rather than my Relationship banker MBB.. so my conclusion it depend to individial how care our account..

both have benefits to customers. but i just received OD facilities from CIMB more fastest rather than MBB that required a lot of docs...with docs turn around take more than a week to get answered
