If stunner it will come w LP5.
If you want restore back to gb rom use only abyss 3.9 n no others

Do not reset phone after flash abyss kernel. Select reboot recovery at advanced n select restore
As your phone now on mid note reset phone will hang it as lp1 kernel replaced by incompatible abyss kernel

Haiz.. such a shame.. midnote was a fun rom.. but im unlucky to be having problems.. Mainly was contacts that was the only problem.. So now im on ICS stunner.. its really stunning.. but minus the samsung options but i can live with it for now..

Hurrrmmm i learnt from my mistake.. Forgot to tell you about this  the last time i installed midnote.. was twice.. 2nd time, my contacts become like corrupted like that.. and numbers belonging to others joined with another!!!  I had to manually clean up and with the FC problem.. omg it was a hassle.. So i dint use google sync this time i used idrive lite.. but on my google account also i cleaned everything 

Did you try check your contacts at google? See if everything is there perhaps?

Do a clean install to avoid such issues

Why ppl always want to use shortcut when flashing custom roms? Some of them are even lazy to do wipe data and dalvik. 90% of these type of flasher sooner or later will encounter problems with their phone  :-P

this is weird, i wanted to restore to my old stock lc2 rom from stunner 4.3 through cwm but it seems like stuck at restoring system message under cwm wonder what happened?

ok, my kernel is XXLA6, now what is the simplest way to root? I read Dr. Ketan's tutorial and i found it quite complicated. Can someone kindly tell me how....as simple as you can, pls. I'm a newbie here. 2 days proud owner.

if lets say i already flash to midnote 3.0 ,and i wna go back to gingerbread,but i didn backup or flash abyss kernel,what shud i do?and if i wna flash to midnote 3.0 for the 1st time,i shud backup 1st tru cwm recovery 1st then flash abyss kernel then only start the steps to flash midnote or what?

Uncle, just to confirm...have to follow Clean Install steps or Dirty Install steps ?

I did dirty install on top 4.4. Only wipe cache just to test. Perfect i nstall. All data intact n no FC at all.
Will test further to see any issues
