yes, it's quite troublesome indeed.
I'm never a fan of casing to begin with. I never had any casing or screen protectors on my older iPhones.
Suddenly for Note, I see the need for one and I got myself a flip book type and now I'm a little bit in a regret mode sweat.gif

For fb there is an option to allow notification. (Settings -> Notification check box).
For Draw Something, I have no idea why Android version doesn't have notifications sweat.gif
