ya.. unfortunately this is the policy. But there maybe faster way, like I notify the supplier to send me a new one while I send it to him, after he assessed it. Just trust is needed between me and the supplier.
I have suggested this to you too actually. like 2 hours ago.

For future dealing with customers I suggest you buy a new one first. Then you do a one to one exchange. Then send back the bad one.

You are the supplier and you could have just gotten a new one first and then trade it.

I don't think I have misunderstood anything but if you want to you can point out what I misunderstood.

You misunderstood because I'M NOT THE SUPPLIER. SUPPLIER means people who supply stock. I have a supplier who supply stock to me. It's obvious that if I'm the supplier I would have addressed myself as I, not the supplier.

I'm flexible and that's THE SUPPLIER'S policy, not mine.
Again, I've said, if you change your mind to get an exchange, I will negotiate with my supplier, who is not ME, but other person.

Ok, I'll explain it one more time.

You are my supplier, I am your customer.
Your distributor is your supplier, you are his customer.

You could have purchased another unit from your distributor and given it to me. It's a free world.
Your distributor policies are completely irrelevant to me, as I am not talking to your distributor. This is about your policy.

And Policy means policy, I want to tell you guys, others wouldn't even let you exchange, like people who stated "Goods sold are not refundable".

I original typed a lot to reply this customer. But i'm tired as he doesn't understand a word.

Just let you all know, please respect people. We have have limits, no matter seller or customer.
I'm offering, he's not taking, but making trouble here.
