my experience has been sucky.
i used their voucher to buy redmi note for our family and relatif and yes we are poorfag.
next day all order was cancelled by lazada stating suspected fraud. with a flame in my heart i call them to verify and they said 5 redmi note was paid under same paypal account and they decided to cancel all order. i fuck them back saying if suspected fraud why not call the paypal owner and verify if ia fault or not??
their reply is this is their standard sop and advice me to buy using cc option instead of paypal wtf. last time mi Malaysia sell mi3 i bought 5 units also no issue fraud what?? they even flip flop saying is paypal buat hal then say is company policy i also
then i ask them to relinquish the voucher for me and they said cannot and invalid dy.
i fuck the customer service 9 9 and they just diam diam without solution and i close the call. that was probably the last time i will ever buy from them again.
