blame a$ia$oft for implement ip block else it will be these western side invade since they dun have PS02 English yet and SEA server will become full of player, some SEA player want PvP so this type of game would be bored for them, a$ia$oft service suck they say either u believe them or not. lack content late update, unlike jp full of collaboration made player want jp instead SEA.

maybe im just blind, i swear i stumble across this earlier
but this i read and read still cannot understand
so i install pso tweaker, i set the file to be in win32 or something
after tweak, the character creator after intro black screen, not showing anything
i had to uninstall the game and reinstall it the original JP version

i still have no idea where to start
lets say i start with
i patch english patch
after that i patch english large file

or should i just look for missing update first

the pso tweaker did ask me if i want to install PSO2 which i didnt want to coz just character creator

you must update your pso2 jp game client to the latest version 1st before go applied the English patch with tweaker, if not u will get like that and some other error

No, its not Asia soft that implements IP block. Its Sega Japan Pushing SEA players to play the SEA Version so that they will have less hassle to troubleshoot overseas player account problem.
English is definitely a language border for them, and they had tremendous of foreign english/broken japanese mails before.

Sorry but i think the tweaker only can help you install pso2 english patch not the character creator. You have no choice but to create your character in japanese.

I don't mind playing at SEA at all, sometimes I go back after playing at JP for a while.

After all the b****ing, it is back to preference anyway.
