Those two are Asia, not SouthEast Asia

yeeap, as using vpn is not really recommended, and using amazon ec2 with putty is somehow very complicated, can we malaysian even use it I don't really sure.

It's possible. I think Hitman is using it. You could also spend on a VPS, install OpenVPN, make configs so you can use it on your PC.
