QUOTE(piskin @ Apr 5 2012, 12:18 PM) one more question ,what is the differrent between Samsung 24” S24B350H and Samsung 24” S24A350H, i hardly see the different beside No contest. You are comparing a monitor with TN panel with IPS panel.Samsung 24” S24B350H have 4.8kg vs Samsung 24” S24A350H 5.1kg Product Dimension(With stand, W x H x D): 569 x 429 x 195mm vs Product Dimension (with stand): 578.6 x 438.7 x 239.2mm Power Consumption: 30Watts vs Power Consumption: 27Watts The U2312HM wins because it is an IPS monitor, which provide better color reproduction than cheap (crappy) TN panels. Oh, Dell's after sales service is usually very good too. Oh, BTW why all of the U2312HM text turn into S24A350H? This post has been edited by chocobo7779: Apr 5 2012, 12:23 PM |

QUOTE(piskin @ Apr 5 2012, 12:25 PM) Better angle viewing and better color reproductions, thus you see why most of the photographers/video editor uses it, but i subject gamers to pick it tho, if they are serious about gaming lol, or else you can go for it. |

There's not going to be a single company that can compete with Dell's after sales support, well for Monitor at least.
Where can you get ONE TO ONE, 0 dead Pixel, Next business day, EXCHANGE Warranty, for 3-5 years (depending on Model). Dell is telling you that, "We promise perfection. If you see a single dead pixel on our panel in the next 5 years, call us with the service tag behind your monitor. We will send our courier to come to your house, pick up your monitor. You do not need to provide the accessories. We will deliver a replacement monitor to you at the same time." With Samsung? You need to personally take your monitor to Samsung service center, take a number, sit down, wait for your number. Explain to tech support what is the problem you are facing. Leave the monitor there for diagnostic. Drive back home. Wait for SMS from tech support. Go back there upon notice, collect your monitor, and pray to god that it is resolved. If not? Rise and Shine, repeat all over again. This does not just apply to Samsung but also other brands. |
