QUOTE(kEazYc @ Apr 5 2012, 12:24 PM) Samsung 24” S24B350H probably is just a newer revision model after S24A350H, i see no difference between it in terms of specifications wise. i tot ips is only for better angle viewing ? U2312 sure will win due to IPS if color is one thing you concern about, but when comes to gaming, you may need to reconsider getting TN which gives faster responses compared to IPS. |

QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Apr 5 2012, 07:25 PM) There's not going to be a single company that can compete with Dell's after sales support, well for Monitor at least. woh super good service, Where can you get ONE TO ONE, 0 dead Pixel, Next business day, EXCHANGE Warranty, for 3-5 years (depending on Model). Dell is telling you that, "We promise perfection. If you see a single dead pixel on our panel in the next 5 years, call us with the service tag behind your monitor. We will send our courier to come to your house, pick up your monitor. You do not need to provide the accessories. We will deliver a replacement monitor to you at the same time." With Samsung? You need to personally take your monitor to Samsung service center, take a number, sit down, wait for your number. Explain to tech support what is the problem you are facing. Leave the monitor there for diagnostic. Drive back home. Wait for SMS from tech support. Go back there upon notice, collect your monitor, and pray to god that it is resolved. If not? Rise and Shine, repeat all over again. This does not just apply to Samsung but also other brands. but i just scare there replace refurbish monitor for me |
