How to play with people? I searc the multiplayer, choose map, and then I'm the only one in the lobby? How to join others?

anyone here having problem in connecting to any servers to play?? I haven't been able to join any servers that has players in it the past few days!! Didn't have any problem previously....

Also the part where we are stuck with sea server's doesn't help much. We can't join Europe or US servers, unless you have a friend from US, and you join their game. This info I heard from reddit.
