The new access road from The Zest towards Denai Sutera is fully operational now. Access is very convenient now. Easily going towards Sri Petaling, Sg Besi, LDP, Puchong, Sunway, Puncak Alam, Seri Kembangan etc...

It's going handover the key very soon.

One of the best finishing project ever with very very minimal defect

Somemore low density 182 units and below market price at RM500psf where surrounding project is going at RM600-700psf

It's surrounded by Semi D & Bungalow. Best it's even walking distance to LRT station which provide convenience and booster

Will share with u on detailed analysis on the area

It's very affordable at RM500psf with LRT connection

Now best view 1400sf unit is very very limited unit.

Needless to say to have 11ft high ceiling with 18ft wide living hall glass door view, which is rare in the market now the layout

Now best view 1400sf unit is very very limited unit.

It's because previously have the Alam Sutera facing which is better facing, of course will recommend our client for better facing. Now left only few unit facing South. So expect the facing north unit will moving soon

This is definitely one of the best own stay unit in the region around there if budget is within as due to the spacious layout with 11ft ceiling height and low density. Also it's walking distance to LRT with only RM500psf Nett. Among the lowest psf in the region for project

It's by road side. Noise there is. Lower floor not feeling that much as the facilities n Carpark level block it. Higher floor will hear it more

But after furniture move in and with curtains the noise actually reduce a lot.

Not really if middle to lower floor. Only higher floor is really loud. Anyway maybe u can arrange to have a look?

Do u sure its an apartment? Frankly its just the density too low for the name. if you know the different of apartment and condominium then you will know this is not an apartment. The facilities is more than 10 here.
Do you think more facilities means its service apartment or condo? Price definitely is justifiable is you meet up with us on explanation. Its only RM500psf which surrounding project is much higher than that

Frankly nearby how many project is walking distance to LRT? Pls feel free to share

Its among the best environment and the layout confirm u hardly can get such spacious and high ceiling in nearby project

The land is under the cemetery usage. No confirmation yet on whether it will be true. But from what we see is the land is way too valuable to be cemetery usage
