Then u know not much marketing been done. Even Kinrara or Bukit Jalil still a lot ppl don't know about this gem project.

I only can say u have to come here to see, then u will see the difference from others project. This is a fully residential project and super low density

Can't tell on that. As looking at current land value, it's just too not feasible to do it. Value also not justifiable smile.gif

Anyway some buyer don't mind on that as they think it might move and some just don't bother

1000sf size really no more. Unless don't mind I propose u others for ur reference smile.gif
