Its going fast. Best for own stay and investment.

Where to get such low density project nowadays?
Its less than 200 units. Fully Residential

Walking Distance to LRT

Surrounded by Semi D and Bungalow.

WahBiang gor... yeah price for available unit Fromm RM600k onwards.

Personally Type A1 1500sf, A2 1300sf and B 1400sf is th better layout. More spacious and can do better Id as well.

Another advantage is al unit come with 11ft ceiling height, which developer is very generous. Also with higher ceiling, unit also more cooling. That day chat with client over the unit, it's all the way windy until we finish our chat for about an hour.
