My SA told me still available unit and its below RM500psf. Isn't that cheap?

Being at such close proximity to LRT and Pavillion Bukit Jalil which is bound to be one of the largest mall in town. I really think this is a good investment or even own stay. What say you?

Its lowest from RM43xpsf onwards. But even below RM500psf is great enough comparing surrounding is looking at RM600psf and above

Below RM500psf where Surrounding is RM600psf in term of project. Surrounding subsale is at RM5xxpsf. What say you?
Somemore its very very low density at below 200 units. Great space great value great location with high privacy and high end area surrounded by Semi D & Bungalow. Isnt it a great place for family stay? Call my agent now. PM if you need contact |
