it means they have no funding and have to use own funding to build and try again to sell upon VP at higher price. will there be buyers then? maybe have some...

then the trend shifts to buy after completion and buyers can have better idea and view on the final unit to check quality as well. this should be good
never mind about selling at future completion time but at least it should be reflective of market demand prices

My SA told me still available unit and its below RM500psf. Isn't that cheap?
I book one unit since for own stay as hardly can find so low density. Below 200 units leh

Anyone wanna know more can contact my SA. He is very professional

Being at such close proximity to LRT and Pavillion Bukit Jalil which is bound to be one of the largest mall in town. I really think this is a good investment or even own stay. What say you?

Its lowest from RM43xpsf onwards. But even below RM500psf is great enough comparing surrounding is looking at RM600psf and above

Below RM500psf where Surrounding is RM600psf in term of project. Surrounding subsale is at RM5xxpsf. What say you?

Somemore its very very low density at below 200 units.

Great space great value great location with high privacy and high end area surrounded by Semi D & Bungalow.
