i will be purchasing a new rig soon (within next 3 week), this was the discussion.


Intel i5 2500K (i will add a aftermarket cooler, any suggestion?)
Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H
SAPPHIRE HD 7950 3G GDDR5 PCI-E (i will take the OC version)
Seasonic 620W S12II
4Gx2 RAM

maybe will add a second HD 7950 in for crossfire half year later.

i just wan to do a minor OC becos the PC will be running 24/7. Is this rig OC ready?

a minor OC say...
Intel i5 2500K from 3.3 -> 3.4 or 3.5
HD 7950 from 900 -> 1000

any comment?

please use existing thread here : 1155 OC thread. and i5 is easy to reach 4.0Ghz
3.3-->3.5 is like nothing
