Can Chrome Beta work in GB 2.3.6?

For ICS only

news about i9100G getting CM mod makes me excited!!! hope that i can flash it on my wife's phone.

if codeworkX does produce CM, i hope it will be CM9 with ICS base. so no need for G version user to wait any more!!

Is there any advantage to Chrome Beta over stock? I don't seem to be noticing a speed boost so far from my usage.

Thoughts, anyone?

if codeworkX want to work on G version, he need to start ASAP coz S3 will be released just around the corner. so give and take a few weeks, he should have like 5 more weeks; just an estimate, not confirmed..hope he will not abandon G version in order to try S3 huhuhu
