if u use launcher all the lag and delays are gone. on par with sgs2

Yeah i wanna see the manly pink Unicorn with rainbow mane.

After trying it, it's very nice to use with the extra function.  Expecially like the on screen buttons and power saving.

Aosp cannot sync Facebook.  Use friendcaster or the other program that i forgot the name.

It's not the distance, it's the depth. The depth of the earthquake is reported at only 33km deep. Which is shallow enough to create a tsunami travelling at ~800km/h. Either it's hitting Sumatra now or on it's way.

Why is everybody here moving on to Hydrogen ICS? What advantage does it have over the regular Samsung based ones? I mean, the Samsung ones are also themed into the pure ICS colours. So I see no difference.

I started with Resurrection Remix v1.2. Although I wipe my phone and tried 2-3 times, I just couldn't get pass the boot screen.
I flashed the Main ROM, followed by Siyah kernel and then the Navigation fix....but somehow got error message that sdcard cannot find or something like that....
Then I flash Hydrogenics, managed to reboot. As I played around a bit I got some FC when using file explorer. I also can't seem to locate my external sd card...
Then I flashed to Criskelo V7, after booting in, I have an option to select TW Launcher or Apex. I tried TW, force closed. Tried Apex, can go in.....I reboot the phone and try again, now Apex FC!!! TW also FC...

Finally flashed to Turkbey V4....everthing is working...phew

i just try to power up the phone with only battery (w/o sd or sim), still the same 

tx for the info. will try that. btw, when you said wipe here & there, does that mean i will lose my data & apps? 

Anyone on hydrogenics having problem with stock sms app? For some reason I can't open SMSes with it x.x

Think I can just copy paste the apk itself?

Did that and rebooted, said app not installed. So went to system/app to click it n install n reboot

Now it says "Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped"

One thing I don't like about AOKP is the lack of some TW features like slide left/right to call/message. Oh god really missed that one.

Edit: And long hold home button doesn't seem to bring up any recent used apps 

I would wait for the S4 or the S5 then only change. As it is, quad cores are more of a gimmick. The only real use I see is in tablets with 1080p or 1200p screens. Those need more processing power. But even then, nothing can ever come close to the performance and functionality of a Tablet PC.

All you see online are fantastic benchmarks from Tegra 3. But what is the point if the user experience will be the same? It is not like Crysis 3 is going to ever come out on phones and tablets..

I always think the same, then some nifty lil feature comes out and you get tempted

Rather than quad nonsense, I see fast camera for one as an attractive feature. NFC would be nice to use with smart tags as well. Guess higher res and bigger screen is up there in my want list as well

And yeah, tablets are cool, but if you had the cash, getting airbook or zenbooks (or whatever u call em) would be better. Still, touch screen gaming seems to sit well with casual gamers. (which I'm starting to lean towards, with the lack of time due to work,etc)
