it reset my password, but unfortunately i forgot my security answer for the security question.

is they any other way rather than to call the customer support?

Choose the "verify with your game product code", that's what i do.

By the way, why still use proxy when it doesn't do any effects now, at least that happen on me lol, 200 ping with or without proxy.

yeah I get 230ms+- latency with my 1mbps streamyx line.

Also, it is possible to call blizzard using the skype and toll free number. Long wait though, I waited for like 40minutes.

my friend's email (h*tmail, dun use it cuz there's a hazardous feature there that would keep the mail compromised) had been tampered and lost all his gears, mats (most my ores went there) twice and i had called blizz help line using Skype and made me look silly cuz i'm talking to my psp to unbound from authenticator, recover lost items and move his account to another mailing service
