You've got to be kidding me right? in 3 months you've gained only that much? with 3 package of weight gainer?

I would have saved that money instead. I bulked within 1 year from 65kg to 86kg.

I mean with basic food it's much more worth it. Not necessary to use mass gainer for extra calories. It's a supplement, not meant to be your core meals.

If you don't mind, just dirty bulk with macdonalds smile.gif Proven to work with me.

yea, i've tried bulking up from a skinny 70kg dude to 80kg within 3 months...and cut down to 73 again within 4 months...haizzz, i miss gym so much =.=
