Hi
I've brought an ASUS router from you about 14 months ago. I seem to be facing a problem with the router. A couple of days ago, I tried upgrading the firmware (official ASUS firmware) from the WEB GUI. Things seems fine and I was asked to reboot (after the upload process is done). After the reboot, only the power LED is blinking slowly (5 sec ON, 5 sec OFF). I've tried to put it into RESCUE mode and use the ASUS firmware restoration, but I get the message from the tool that says (Wireless Router Not in rescue mode). I'm not sure if you know of anyway to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate it if you could share any insight on this matter. For your reference, the invoice no: LN-1698290. Thanks. |

Im planning to use it for my huawei E372 for the time being as my area does not have streamyx or unifi, still pending for tm to install the infrastructure. I need a modem that support E372 and will be able to use as streamyx modem once the service is available. Any suggestion?
