Charcoal bread is very popula now..

Just wondering, during pregnant can take charcoal bread or not?
As if no mistaken the molecul is small, and of course it is black..
any idea?

Read it somewhere that charcoal is good for health. The charcoal in the charcoal bread is bamboo right? The same one used in Soba noodles.

But then again better consult with your pregnancy dietitians.

as some advised, not to take carrot (baby complexion will b dark).

i of course still eat carrot, believed not everyday, shouldn't b a problem.

as for charcoal, maybe because the particle deem is small, so in doubt whether got more impact or not.
