You can choose to maintain your phone number but at the same time you'll get 1 new unifi VOIP phone number and it is free. So your house will have 2 numbers.
If you want to maintain your phone line, when you go TM point to terminate streamyx, do the transfer of ownership of the phone line imeediately from your dad's name to your name so that you can maintain the phone line for free. (TM's rule: as long as you have Unifi account, you can keep ONE fixed line number for free)

1. Yes, if you maintain streamyx, you have to pay both streamyx and unifi. Not worth to do so. SO I will advice you to terminate the streamyx
No matter your contract has over, as long as it is an upgrade, you can terminate the streamyx for free without any penalty and I can help you to terminate the streamyx 

2. No, only UNIFI phone line can call out for free with TM fixed line  Existing phone line will charge as pay per use.
