Just got my 4Mbps Streamyx installed today. But for the lulz, i see my account information, there stated my DOB is 3 May 2012.

Is there any promotion for streamyx upgrade to unifi ?

heya ts, i have question. say, atm I'm subscribing to streamyx 512K and upgrade to streamyx 4mbps. I'm entitled for 3 months monthly fees based on previous package is it?

Then, months after (less than a year), Unifi arrive to my area. Can I change to unifi? Any issues?

what i mean is the charges since i just upgrade to streamyx 4mbps couple months ago, then suddenly upgrade to unifi.

not that...i'm askingn whether I need to pay for any months due as in contract?

My streamyx just got 2Mbps. After checking the port, the technician only configure it to 2Mbps not 4Mbps.. have been asking the tech to fix it since day 3, but problem not yet solved..

i gt no time to call him, just sms him, sometimes he do reply, n sometimes dont...
at modem stated 2048 (downstream). i checked with BMS system, the port was configured up to 2Mbps only.

nope still no progress

Looks like i need to make a report about this installer..

Added on May 17, 2012, 10:16 pmUpdate: I just called 100, and the CSR still ask me to refer to the installer. And if the installer did not give any respond about this, i can request for another installer. Its true that the installer just configured my port to 2Mbps only. I already verify this matter with the CSR & system. Have to wait for tomorrow to call the installer again. If not, will call 100 (product) and request to change to another installer.

nope.. nothing have been done.. this monday i will call him again.. if he still not pick up calls, then i will report and request for another installer

Nope... Warranty with installer have ended.. Tomorrow i will call 100.

hye there.. i stay at desa alam, seksyen U12 Shah Alam..can u confirm my location got unifi coverage or not? coz my housemate already apply to 4 different agent, but until now no feedback.. about 2 month already.. want to upgrade from streamyx 1mb to unifi vip5.. pm me.. tQ =)

Forgot to update my case here...
Finally after call 100 for twice, they send technician to relocate my port and upgrade my port to 5Mbps.. Nice speed.

HI..Im interested in Unifi Biz5..but i wish to keep all my current telephone number. I was told that i have to pay a rental of rm49/month. Since i have 3 telephone and one fax line...must i pay Rm49*4= Rm196 + the unifi?..how many ports are the in he modem?..i have twp pc's and cctv which requires Ethernet port.

I using streamyx package rm60 , 384 kb..can I upgrade to 1m...pls pm me.
