Hello, I'm currently using the most basic 384kbps Streamyx (RM60/mth) without free calls.

Is the 'Super Speed Me' promo still valid and applicable for my case? I want to upgrade to 4mbps Streamyx. But I don't need those free calls.

How much will I be paying for the most basic 4mbps?

Hi,

Superspeedme promo is applicable for your case.
The most worth plan will be blockbuster deal 4mb which is RM140/month. tongue.gif
Basic 4mb is RM 268/month. sweat.gif
So, will advise you get the bb deal 4mb.

Here is my review of Jovenne's registration service:
(a) Fast, efficient and responsive.
(b) Willing to answer all the questions pertaining to the streamyx/Unifi service.
© Authorised TM Unifi/streamyx agent
(d) Good after registration service.

Initially, I was bit wary of registering for an upgrade online.
After clearing all doubts, I got myself registered and my Unifi is installed within a week.
Recommended agent for Unifi smile.gif

Note:Before installation of Unifi, please read all the information on this service first before proceeding to installation. E.g. Like where you want to put your equipments, how you want the installation to be done and others.

Now you can keep your existing phone number for FREE smile.gif
So I think it shouldn't be a problem.
But still, please ask your alarm system's technician if Unifi network can support your cctv model.
Tell your technician you can keep existing phone number.

I have no idea when usage policy will be implement. Sorry sad.gif

Unifi's phone will not work if you switch off the modem.
So you'll need to leave the modem on 24/7.
Btw, you are interested to apply new line issit?
If yes, you can apply streamyx first and upgrade to unifi later.
then you'll have two numbers (1 copper and 1 voip) in the future. brows.gif brows.gif
but it is abit mafan rolleyes.gif

Hi,

Yes, the technician needs to go your place to install for you, but it is free smile.gif
You will be given 1 free wifi modem and cordless phone.

For unifi part, it is still ZERO entry. You don't need to pay for the equipment. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi, I had make confirmation with TM.
It takes 3-5 days for streamyx installation done.
After 1 month of streamyx activation only can upgrade to Unifi.
The cheapest streamyx is 384kbps, but it is really slow.

Gradpack is for student only. Are you a student yet? Student card is needed for student package.

Are you looking for Streamyx/UniFi but LAZY to visit TM Point? hmm.gif

...
Hi jovenne, i would like to upgrade my current streamyx 1Mbps(RM71) to 4Mbps(BB RM140), but currently the fixed phone line is reg under my father's name, while streamyx account is under my name. So if want to subscribe to BB RM140, do we need to go to TMpoint to do the account holder name change? We wish to maintain that fixed phone number. Thank you.

Hi voscar, you don't need to go to TMpoint to change the name as streamyx is already under your name.
We only need your details to process, not your father's. smile.gif
You can still keep your existing number icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi jovenne, so will our current fixed phone plan change to the BB plan? Do we still have to pay for the monthly phone line rental?
Thank you.
