You are right guys, hope is not lost. I remember i went for balloting for YTL reed, they call 1 number before me, and then 1 number after me, still later they call me!!! so, we can get lucky sometimes, in balloting per say.

The fun part about balloting is, when they call your number, is like YESSS!!! damn syok wei! kekekekekeekekek

The info provided looks confusing, type B or b3 got 1 unit in Tower 2? All i know Tower 2 5th floor onwards all sold or book, which unit are you referring to?


Is a new development with 7 tier security bro, nowadays, security does matter

Bro, not sure yet ler, maybe own stay if good price then sell ler. The main reason why i choose between both b and b3 in tower 2 because face forest ler, else no point getting rimba, in my opinion lar hahahahaha. Seriously, at first thought yes, then later think think think, master bedroom how often u go out.

Yes lar got both pool and forest view, but if sell, parents wont want their kids lari keluar also. And the lanai increase maintenance cost and RM50K more ler kekekeek.

same floor with the high end ppl lor..
pent house buyer is not a kay le feh bro..

Good analysis bro! pros and cons between the 2, in the end, is what you are looking for, own stay vs investing.

In the end, i ended up with type B in tower 2, because it faces the forest, no pool view lor kekekekeke.
