You are right guys, hope is not lost. I remember i went for balloting for YTL reed, they call 1 number before me, and then 1 number after me, still later they call me!!! so, we can get lucky sometimes, in balloting per say.
The fun part about balloting is, when they call your number, is like YESSS!!! damn syok wei! kekekekekeekekek |

QUOTE(khelben @ May 22 2012, 03:43 PM) Hehe ok will report in when loan approve Rumours has it that they want to make this their trademark development, laying the foundation for future projects. Full blast marketing kua This Rimba, they were pretty aggressive at promoting during the fair at Mid Valley, probably the only one with booth babes in super short shorts. So many agents around. Wonder why they bother so much when they're gonna sell so many internally |

QUOTE(nkhong @ May 22 2012, 06:57 PM) Congratulation on your ytl reed purchase. Anyway cant compare this with ytl. Reputable developer wont be doing this. Imagine only 20% of reed units available during balloting, others are for friend and family of ytl and ytl exclusive agent. Imagine only 20% of temasya units available for balloting. Others are also for friend, family of inp and their exclusive agent .... Hmmm....in that sense kinda true, I will be disappointed. Anyhow, if ballloting is the only way for us for rimba, is either we die die try or move on. |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ May 27 2012, 11:23 PM) Bro, own stay or investment ? Bro, not sure yet ler, maybe own stay if good price then sell ler. The main reason why i choose between both b and b3 in tower 2 because face forest ler, else no point getting rimba, in my opinion lar hahahahaha. Seriously, at first thought yes, then later think think think, master bedroom how often u go out.Actually it is same Type B layout. But B3, additional 150 sq ft lanai to provide a complete view. But, do u need such lanai and view? Yes lar got both pool and forest view, but if sell, parents wont want their kids lari keluar also. And the lanai increase maintenance cost and RM50K more ler kekekeek. |

QUOTE(bluuberry @ May 27 2012, 11:17 PM) For tower 1, my personally oppinion la har.. only type A or A1 having the nice view only.. the medium unit like type i dun think is really a good pool view, only type A is the main facing pool A1 u can enjoy d forest... for me the best view is B3, tower 2 which is having forest n pool view.. if C1 / small units, i dun think is a good buy, C1 got no direct facing pool unless u wan fengshui door facing south.. for me this project main concept is forest view, if u dun get it, it will be meaning less... and what for u buy for this project? but still got others selling points which are low dense and affordable per sqft and come with partially furnish.. location quite ok, future high way & LRT and ect... its just my 2 cents .. if u feel there is a mistake , do correct me pls. tq Added on May 27, 2012, 11:20 pm hmm that floor are.. Chill dude, where got mistake or right or wrong, this is a free world, everyone got their own point of view bro, no worries got privacy lor.. extra car park.. and the lift lobby would be different.. same floor with the high end ppl lor.. pent house buyer is not a kay le feh bro.. but if pay 50k premium as u said.. rather go for the bigger unit better lor.. Added on May 27, 2012, 11:21 pm no cable or no contact with the SA or higher level.. then have to wait for balloting.. if u got contact now also habis... |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ May 27 2012, 11:59 PM) Bro, lets assume the both unit available. Its damm gao hard to pick. Good analysis bro! pros and cons between the 2, in the end, is what you are looking for, own stay vs investing. Type B : T1-18-06 RM 650,800 Face North/Pool 1321 sq ft, Premium flr n premium unit with 3 car parks. ( extra 50k ) lets minus the carpark for 30k, assume 620,800 and atf 5% dis is RM 446 psf ... Type B3 : T2-05-08 RM 657,000 Face Forest/Pool 1472 sq ft. Special unit with guarantee good number of 8 and double view. Had the best forest view n side pool view compare to C1. Additional 151 sq ft lanai at masterbed compare to Type B. After 5% discount, its RM 424 psf, decently againts abv. If own stay, probably i go for B3, since i like country feel, having an extra lanai is something special. For B3, 5th floor seems quite low for me. I prefer 7-12 th floor. Being a special unit, 2 floors abv parking floor isnt too exclusive. If die die must invest, i rather go for typical Type B layout. I must be asking for 15-17th flr due to cheaper by 50k n dont mind less a car park... At least, this is premium floor and its one of the selling point as good floor, high floor, good and 3 car parks, generally, as same price point, these are the people asking for .... In the end, i ended up with type B in tower 2, because it faces the forest, no pool view lor kekekekeke. Added on May 28, 2012, 11:09 am QUOTE(MaiGehGeh @ May 28 2012, 08:21 AM) 95% sold So low dense of course sold out fast mar, 300 units vs 3000 units, hahahahahaha. And only 5% allocate for balloting? Chris bro.... Ini project boleh hamtam if got $$ and 90% loan? This post has been edited by zeroviperx: May 28 2012, 11:09 AM |

QUOTE(ecin @ May 28 2012, 04:04 PM) Bro, what're the 7-tier? 7-tier i forgotten dy, in short, super kau security, like u even need access card to your own, your card wont work for other floors.Added on 50K for 1 extra car park Added on IMHO, 1 of the reasons RR is selling good is the Green concept, people nowadays like Green very much Stuff like that hahahaah |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ May 28 2012, 05:12 PM) For this RR, if own stay, very straight to the point, if investment, the only issues is pricing upon play flip, would new buyer really pay the premium for this. I personally survey with 5 friends, those who rich rich n no need work... Their feedback is they prefer premium units esp those with double balcony. HAhahaahah, imagine early morning open window see monkey (for those who face forest), ahahahahahahahCongratz on ur purchase. I had an offer for Type B facing forest but rejected it. Now a bit regret seeing response for forest was mentally good. I would snap up theoffer now if was given anor chance now, haha. But still, prefer mid floor facing pool in case own stay. Haha, not necessary low dense can have such good response. See Duet n Zefers, similar densed and size units and took such months to sell even 50% sales. Not i pushing Knox very much but i just like the concept of their core product of quadrant zone and multi tier securities with nicely lobby in such good and fair pricing. |
