I think duet launched earlier than rimba. For rr, last told still got a couple developers unit range from 630psf onwards. Dint think they are in rush to clear up since the sales are already quite good

Current outlook of rimba residence. Completion amd handover deferred to aug/sept.

1321 units seem the most to be on sales

more recent rimba residence outlook. remaining works on minor construction works, landscaping and final touch up works. target to be completed by end Oct 2015. earlier by 2-3 months from 36 months duration.

Dunno got any transaction o not recently. Developer managed to sell off a couple units from what i heard. Still anticipating for the vp lor.

Prelaubch price for 1.5ksf is from about 410psf if not mistaken.

now inp launching 10kinrara. not so sure of the price point. selling point and concept almost same like 8kinrara.

own stayer ppl start to move in to rimba as what i know. rental and sales going slow though. not much demand.quite many units for rental and sales online.

on the good note, the new shoplot area nearby inp office start to grow. saw 2 nice hipster caffe just opened. the pastries at the cofffee session cafe are good. the beef noodle the Q east west shop is also good.

hopefully rimba continue to maintain as nice place for own stayer
