IMO, the price is reasonable judging from the unique concept. I've been to SR 2 months ago. It does not look old leh at least from the outside. The road leading to SR is so wide (3 lanes up and 3 lanes down - imagine this is residential area). I think this RR is catered for different taste of the society. Some ppl like landed, some highrise with special views.

If given me the option i will choose type b too. Dun need 2 balcony n b is higher flr. bigger size means higher maint fees. O forest view might not be forever? level 5 might have more mozzies too lol

With this price, still can get BK5 Hening landed freehold which is <5 yrs old, right?
I almost went for Hening last time when it's 700k but basic unit. |
