yes it does    even the 1.6standard has it. quite nice to handle , pick up is good. just not used to 6gears because i'm a dinosaur.. always played with 5 only

When you in driving mode, shift the stick to left. Just push up to go up 1 gear or down for lower 1 gear. Simple.

that is correct, it works like paddle shifters, just it's incorporated with the current gear knob area.

+ increase gear
- decrease gear

but the ECU will auto increase your gear when you hit the red line if i'm not wrong (to protect your engine)

Driving over 100km/h isn't a safety issue.
The issue is when you lose control at those speeds; that's when the VSM saves lives.

I don't, but try telling that to millions of malaysians on the road.
It's not just cornering; you could run into a pool of standing water which you failed to notice. That would cause your vehicle to lose control too.
It's not that we want the tech there so we can use it all the time, but it gives peace of mind knowing it's there should the unexpected happen.

Anyone getting the red soon? My SA suddenly told me red colour need to wait for 1-2 months. Real funny

forgot how it goes actually during the rain test. cause i was too syiok n into driving fast and over water that time.
but i think shouldn't be too obvious or else wifey would have pointed it out to me.

Seemed like they got plenty of stock as they can commit end of the month delivery if u commit now for 1.6HS (white, black and silver). 

Tested iPhone on the USB dock, confirm cannot sync and can't even charge it. Xien jor   

i used my original cable. the SA didn't said anything. I know 1.8 got its own cable la

Same here. That's why I change to 1.6HS and able to get the car next week. SA said they have underestimate 1.8 sale,  they didn't get enough car built for that.

Forgot to test it on the 1.8 just now. Maybe i will go (again?!!) tomorrow n test on the 1.8 haha!! I think the SA there already so familiar wit my face now. Lolx!!
